The NCS-PT105II eliminates this constraint. It is a single hardware platform that supports five protocols – HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF), PROFIBUS PA, PROFIBUS DP, and WirelessHART – allowing you to standardize on one transmitter family across multiple systems, reduce spare parts inventory, and simplify training for your maintenance teams.

On-Site Adjustment – Magnetic Bar Operation

The NCS-PT105II features magnetic bar operation through two jacks marked “SPAN” and “ZERO” on top of the electronic housing. Four virtual keys are simulated:

  • [M] Mode Key – Switch between operable modes

  • [↑] Input Adjustment Key – Increment values

  • [↓] Input Adjustment Key – Decrement values

  • [Enter] Confirmation Key – Execute confirmation

Supported Adjustment Functions (HART):

  • Mode 03 – Set lower range limit with current pressure

  • Mode 04 – Set upper range limit with current pressure

  • Mode 05 – Set electronic damping (0–32 seconds)

  • Mode 06/07 – Passive range migration (lower/upper)

  • Mode 08 – Set primary variable zero

  • Mode 10 – Set transfer function

  • Mode 11 – Set measurement value display source

  • Mode 12 – Set primary variable units

Restore Factory Defaults: Insert both magnetic bars, power on, follow on-screen prompts.
