Product Overview

The HT5700 is a low-power, single-chip HART FSK half-duplex modem IC designed for industrial transmitters, measurement instruments, and HART-enabled devices. It integrates HART signal modulation, demodulation, filtering, carrier detection, and signal generation, minimizing the need for external components.

The HT5700 supports a VCC supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and an IOVCC range of 1.71 V to 5.5 V, providing flexible integration with different microcontrollers and industrial electronics. It operates from −40°C to +125°C and is available in a compact 4 mm × 4 mm 24-lead QFN package.
